Onboard the PLATINUM Yacht
The PLATINUM yacht is ranked number 1,195 among the world’s largest yachts.
In 2009 she was one of 445 yachts greater than 65' (19m) delivered by all yacht builders combined, and the 73rd largest yacht built by the world-renowned superyacht builder Benetti, based in Italy.
Motoryacht PLATINUM has had one custom refit, in 2016. She also has the former name registered, ALIBELLA, which suggests that the PLATINUM yacht sold, changing ownership one or more previous times.
Measuring in at a length of 163' 9" (49.9m) and boasting a beam of 29' 6" (9m), PLATINUM's grandeur is matched only by her spaciousness. Her draft of 7' 11" (2.42m) allows for an interior volume of 498 GRT (gross registered tons) which contributes to her exceptional performance on the open ocean.
The styling of the PLATINUM yacht features exterior design by Stefano Natucci and interior design by Benetti SpA. Up to 12 guests can be accommodated on board the superyacht PLATINUM in 6 staterooms. PLATINUM also has accommodations for 11 crew members, including the yacht’s captain.
Constructed with a Steel hull, and Aluminium superstructure, she offers ample exterior and interior space.
Powered by two MTU main engines, each generating 1,704 horsepower, for a total combined output of 3,408 horsepower. Notably, the PLATINUM yacht is one of 4,396 yachts greater than 65’(19m) with MTU engines.
